(1)To accept and handle the applications of national organic and GAP certification; (2)To accept and handle the applications of OFDC international organic certification; (3)To review the application files and draft certification and inspection contracts; (4) To authorize inspections, appoint inspectors, set up inspection team and review inspection plans; (5) To inform certified operators of any change of certification requirements; (6) Keep contact with domestic and foreign cooperative organization. |

(1) To accept and handle the applications of sub-contract international organic certification; (2) To pre-review the application files and draft certification and inspection contracts; (3) To authorize inspections, appoint inspectors; (4) To inform certified operators of any change of certification requirements; (5) Keep contact with domestic and foreign cooperative organization. |

The Certification and Acceditation Dept. |
|
(1) To handle daily certification activities such as certificate and logo issue, and post-certification supervision, according to decision of OFDC Certification Committee; (2) To handle CNAS, IOAS, and GAP accreditation; (3) To conduct internal audit; (4) To handle appeals and complaints; (5) To inform OFDC quality management system and certification data to CNCA and CNAS |

(1) OFDC daily administration issues and financial management; (2) OFDC personnel management, (3) OFDC publicity and training activities; (4) Participate in domestic and international seminars and exhibitions; (5) OFDC staff training and capability assessment.
